Red Robin is moving from its current location in the Arapahoe Village Shopping Center to the free-standing space formerly occupied by Talbot’s (in the same shopping center). The new restaurant will be under the name Burger Works, which is Red Robin’s “fast casual” restaurant concept. It’ll focus on simplicity, only offering burgers, shakes, fries, beer, wine, and salads, and will also have a lower price-point than Red Robin. Full Daily Camera article here.
