Blackbelly Catering

Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg and award-winning mixologist James Lee (both Big Red F Restaurant Group alums) have partnered in a new venture they’re calling Blackbelly Catering. According to their website, Blackbelly Catering has a simple mission: “we will bring our kitchen to your house or backyard, and give our guests the gastronomical experience of their lifetime!”

They specialize in crafting custom menus (featuring both unique gastronomy and mixology), and will bring their mobile catering kitchen to any location.
