Saxy’s Cafe, a well-loved Boulder establishment, will be closing its doors after five years of keeping coffee-and-couch-loving West End Boulderites happy. It will be replaced by a former Denver favorite, the Beehive Restaurant, which (in keeping with Saxy’s vibe of choice) features a decidedly artsy-beatnik style. Saxy’s will close on Feb. 29, so if you get a chance before then, stop by and say farewell…and good luck with whatever the future brings. Full story here.
