Eat Drink Boulder is looking for one or, preferably, several locals to take over the website.
Eat Drink Boulder was founded in October of 2011 by a small team of writers and food fans. We have had good success over the years but the site has lain dormant for over a year since I (sadly) moved out of state. Still, the website gets reasonable traffic, thanks in part to its 400 articles posted.
We are looking to pass the torch to, ideally, a small crew of enterprising locals. This would be perfect for a group of friends who gather regularly to eat in Boulder County restaurants, perhaps a writing class at CU, or an enterprising food writer looking to increase his or her body of work. Those interested should have strong writing skills and be willing to invest a couple hours each week. Re-activating our social media is optional.
The primary benefit is fun. In the past, our writers have got together to review certain restaurants or types of food. We have met many local players in the food scene. Occasionally, restaurants will offer comped meals to our writers.
