Having just returned from the great Mexican state of Jalisco, I can think of nothing better to do on a snowy Saturday afternoon that sip tequila.
This Saturday, February 21 at 2:30pm, our friends at Zolo Grill are offering “Tequila 101,” an educational and culinary tasting experience featuring Corzo tequila. Like any tequila-maker worth its agave, Corzo offers a blanco, reposado, and anejo–all of which will be paired with small plates from chef Justin Goerich.
