The Pinyon restaurant (17th and Pearl) is now closed as of last weekend, and the space and assets have been amicably taken over by Denver-based H Burger Co. The owners of The Pinyon are looking to focus their energy and culinary talent in Denver and possibly open up a new operation there within a few months. H Burger (which focuses its menu concept on burgers, salads, sandwiches, liquid-nitrogen milkshakes, and cocktails) is planning on moving into the former Pinyon space and having their restaurant open as early as May.
