Shine Restaurant & Gathering Place is about to launch into a whole new stratosphere…craft brews. When the Emich sisters purchased the space at 13th and Pearl, they also included the brewing equipment left over from the previous tenants (Las Oasis, the Draft House, and Red Fish) in the purchase price. They’ve already perfected six house-made brews (aptly named, with monikers such as “Down Dog Imperial Red” and “Sanitas Imperial Stout”), which will debut this Friday and Saturday when they have their official “grand opening”.
