As many of our readers no doubt know, the Boulder International Film Festival is fast becoming one of our town’s signature cultural events. This year they have several events designed to appeal to food-lovers. The first is a fundraiser to be held on Valentine’s Day in support of expanding BIFF programming, events and growing BIFFs youth and student (CU) programs.
According to Daniela Bianchi of the BIFF marketing team, the event will “begin with French appetizers and wine, followed by the showing of a really fun, cute movie, Le Chef, then dessert and champagne. At some point during the evening they’re going to give away a $10,000 pair of Todd Reed earrings – they’re only selling 200 tickets to this event so the odds of winning are pretty high. The event will be held at eTown on the 2/14 from 5:30 to 9:30, and the cost of $95 per person includes everything.”
