Open your iphone calendars and date books everyone, and get ready for Boulder’s inaugural Food Truck Party! On June 8, from 5 – 8pm, the food trucks of Boulder will join together at the Gateway Park Fun Center (4800 N. 28th St.) to put on a great celebration of the fantastic local food trucks this city is lucky to have wandering around on its streets (of course, only when/where they aren’t being blocked by city regulations!). This shindig promises to be a fantastic evening complete with tunes from DJ Zach Johnson, beer from Avery and Upslope, and some of the city’s favorite food trucks (obviously)! The food truck lineup currently includes favorites such as RollinGreens, Heirloom, The Tasterie Truck, Comida, Blackbelly Catering, Verde Food Truck, and many more.
