Blue Cheese Appreciation

Cured is hosting a “Blue Cheese Appreciation” class on April 12 from 5:30-6:30pm where they will lead participants through the wonderful world of the popular stinky cheese, including discussing such fascinating topics as molds, aging, and innoculation.
