Get Educated at Cured Boulder

Want to learn more about meat? Not sure what gives a certain cheese that unique flavor? Check out Cured’s lineup of “101 Education Series” classes. Meat 101 happened last night (2/23), and the next offering will be Cheese Basics on March 1st, which should give great insight (history, classification, etc.)  into the delectable treat…and yes, there will be plenty of samples!
